• Mazovians have great hearts. To all, the year's flood was a test not only of good organisation, human solidarity and responsibility but also of nobility and generosity. Mazovians passed the test perfectly well. Those who were the most engaged in fighting the consequences of the spring natural disaster were honoured in Płock by the Marshal Adam Struzik.
