House's "I'm proud of you" quote[edit]

House's "I'm proud of you" quote, from the episode "Informed Consent", is not memorable enough to warrant a place in this already-too-long article. It's a short quote out of context, and it doesn't mean anything more than it would when any other character or person would say it. —LrdChaos (talk) 14:06, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I thought it was important. It began to show House and Cameron's relationships in a new light. More as a father daughter thing. It was a good quote. It helps Cameron's charachter.

In Need to Know...[edit]

Is it just me, or when Cuddy was imitating Stacy...did she talk with an accent that Stacy totally doesn't have!? 216.165.54.74 04:45, 28 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Reply:She was imitating Scarlett O Hara rom Gone with the Wind!!!Best line of season 2.!!!!!!!!!!!

Trimming of quotes[edit]

I have completed trimming of the Season 1 quotes...more to come. ~ UDScott 15:55, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

hospital's just been bought[edit]

[The hospital's just been bought by billionaire drug mogul Edward Vogler] I thought that Vogler gave money to the hospital and was made chairman of the board. I dont think that he bought the hospital literally. I dont know how to prove my contention. Although i remember Cuddy saying that the hospital lost a lot of money after Vogler left.

Vogler contributed 100 million dollars to PPTH in exchange for being made dictator Chairman. He did not own the hospital (I'm pretty sure the hospital is owned by the university). His position there was pretty much blackmail. Bgedwards 18:12, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

He pretty much put the money up to get rid of House. A contribution or donation should not be able to be taken back like he did. So despite whatever labels or technicalities apply, it boils down to a bribe. 76.6.107.54 23:59, 27 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"Thirteen"[edit]

Guys, please take note: "Olivia Wilde" is NOT Thirteen's "real" name. Olivia Wilde is the actor who plays Thirteen; as far as I know her character's actual name hasn't been revealed yet. The Wikipedia page lists it as something along the lines of "Kitty Carlisle", but her character name isn't Olivia Wilde. The character thirteen's name is Remy.

Her name is Remy Hadley --Akugyaku 16:29, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Correct. She states it herself in its entirety (Dr. Remy Hadley) in the Season 5 episode Emancipation when she first contacts the victim's "parents". Exactly 32 minutes in. 76.6.107.54 23:59, 27 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

quote from 4.13[edit]

Did anyone catch the quote from Dr. Taub in 4.13? Something along the lines of, "Well, we can't just give her 10ccs of Atheism and send her on her way!" I'd double check the episode but already deleted off the DVR. -- Greyed 23:31, 11 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, I remember that. I know of a few "less-than-legal" ways to view House online, I should be able to find that quote by this afternoon. By the way, it's actually 4.12, not 4.13. --Pharaoh Hound (talk) 13:50, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Ahhh yes, the ol' "Off-by-one" trick. -- Greyed 18:33, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Someone deleted that episode's entire section, but I fixed that. I added the atheism quote and a few others from that episode, also. d0minique 16:49, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"Living The Dream" Episode Quote[edit]

I added the long quote of the dialogue between House and the soap opera star. Does it look alright? I don't know if the last thing the patient says was before or during his hallucination thingy. It sounds a little out of place so I thing he was starting to hallucinate, but I'm not sure. Discuss, maybe we should just out the hallucination note, even if it may be a hallucination, House hadn't realized at that point. Oh and I'm not sure if it was technically a hallucination, they actually say it's delirium i guess, I'm watching it on the official site if you want to interpret yourself. about 30-32 min.

Cuddy's Name[edit]

I always thought that it was Dr. Cutty, not Dr. Cuddy. Does anyone else agree?

It's Dr. Cuddy
"Cutty" Would be too ironic.
I always thought it was Cutty too... Cuddy looks like "cuddly". But it's definitely Cuddy, from the official webpage and stuff. --Galaxiaad 02:18, 20 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The subtitles give it as Cuddy, and so does her name on her door. 76.6.107.54 23:59, 27 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

From Joy to Last Resort?[edit]

The Itch and Emancipation are missing from the list, and Last Resort is mis-numbered. It has Joy as 5x06, which is correct, but then goes to Last Resort as 5x07. That episode was the ninth. The Itch and Emancipation belong in what should be a gap. Joy (5x06), The Itch (5x07), Emancipation (5x08), and then Last Resort (5x09) is the correct order. 71.145.129.0 07:21, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Last Resort missing quote[edit]

Last Resort was missing, perhaps, its best quote. The donor card line. It rivals the exits on every floor line in the first episode of this season as signatures of House's character and often, the mood of the show. I went ahead and added it, but since I haven't got an acocunt, I thought I'd add to the credibility of the accuracy of the quote by dropping a note and adding that it's at about 24:15 in. If you have it on DVD or "some other means" you should be able to verify this. 76.6.107.54 23:59, 27 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
