POV topic?[edit]

Is it a POV problem to frame an article in terms of an "analogy" used in some discourse, rather than in terms of the subject of that discourse (a subject of somewhat more gravity than choosing a figure of speech)? Should we really have articles devoted to quotes using individual words or phrases and to criticism of their use? (Cf. Removal of quotes[edit]
