According to archives of the Drudge Report, Jesse Jackson made his "regime change" comment on 27 October 2002 (http://www.papillonsartpalace.com/kecrry.htm). Can anyone find a source for these "Time-Life interview" quotes? The only Google hit is this page. If someone can find a real source, put them back. For now, they're disappearing.

He was upbraiding his mostly black audiences for simply failing to vote after some electoral defeat in the 1980s. This should be posted if it can be cited accurately.
