[edit] Cleanup
I've tagged this article for cleanup because its sources are not only grouped at the bottom (which doesn't work as well in Wikiquote as it does in Wikipedia), but most of them are also inadequate for multiple reasons:
- Using bare links instead of explicit descriptions, which:
- Makes it harder to fix the sources when the links break
- Often disguises the fact that source is not reliable by wiki standards
- Unnecessary redundancy (if you're going to cite the same article multiple times, include a shorthand explicit citation and use a named reference to collect the duplicate full citations)
- Some "sources" are merely context descriptions
If anyone has questions about this, let me know. ~ Jeff Q (talk) 12:23, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Would run on a McCain Ticket?
Palin just said that Biden said he would run on a McCain ticket... Can we find that and get it up here? - Avitor 01:48, 3 October 2008 (UTC)
[edit] 5 years in Iraq
There's a great quote by Joe Biden, on July 11, 2002 in The Independent:
"I always kid him and say, 'Mr President, there is a reason why your father stopped and didn't go to Baghdad – he didn't want to stay for five years'."
I think 5 years on, this quote is very relevant.
