Oliver Stone Overview[edit]

Oliver Stone's WALL STREET DVD Director's Commentary is a superb candid autobiography. Stone demonstrates a highly sophisticated intellect. Whatever you may think of "Late Period" Stone films, his "Classic Period" was an intellectually rich time when Stone was cranking out masterpieces like SCARFACE, PLATOON, WALL STREET, THE DOORS. Oliver Stone is one of America's greatest directors, and his DVD commentary proves he's got the intellect to back up his talent.
