Two Thumbs Up/Copyright[edit]
It says that Roger Ebert retains the copyright to the phrase "Two Thumbs Up". This is factually incorrect. The phrase is too short and unoriginal to qualify for copyright protection. It MAY qualify for trademark protection, but this is unclear, and also unlikely as the phrase is now so common that it does not identify the original source and the population at large would not automatically associate this phrase with Roger Ebert. I suggest that the statement re copyright be struck altogether, although obviously the quote itself should stay, as Mr Ebert did say it many many times.
Possible rearrangement?[edit]
I think it might be better to organize quotes from Ebert's reviews by the title of the movie, under single subsection of the sourced quoutes, rather than by star ratings, but am not much concerned about the matter, and am just offering it as a suggestion to be considered. ~ Kalki 20:47, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
