Talk:Shri Mataji

I moved this page so that it is titled simply Mataji Nirmala Shrivastava. Even widely acclaimed historical figures like Ramakrishna Paramahamsa have articles without the honorific Shri or Sri in front of their names, and I support a minimal use of the honorifics and titles in the page names of Wikipedia and Wikiquote. Shri or Sri could still be used within the article itself, and for redirects, as it is with Shri Ramakrishna on the Wikipedia. I have made a similar statement on the talk page of the article at Wikipedia, but am not active enough there normally that I felt comfortable moving an article, without first stating the reasons, and permitting those with greater involvement with the articles there to decide the matter. ~ Achilles 18:57, 2 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Moving to Shri Mataji

I moved the page to Shri Mataji as it would be more accessible to people who already know Her by that name, fulfilling the purpose of all involved parties.
