Bolivia does not exist[edit]
This must surely be apocryphal; Bolivia had a coastline until 1904. Perhaps the qote was originally about a different country, or was said by somebody else? Or perhaps (my guess) it's a pure invention that sums up the kind of person we imagine Victoria to be. Sophie means wisdom (talk) 22:01, 15 November 2013 (UTC)
