"Nip it! Nip it... in... the bud!" -- Said often by Deputy Barney Fife (actor Don Knotts)

As Fife, Knotts voiced the only mention of marijuana on The Andy Griffith Show, saying he suspected one of the townsfolk working his fields might be tending a crop of "happy weed."

"Shooby,shooby,shooby." -- Otis (actor Hal Smith) said that was how his mouth feels.

Andy: What?
Barney: 8,500 American silver cartwheels right in our hands; only one small hitch.
Andy: We don't know where they are.
