NOTICE: This IP has been used for vandalism, here and on Wikipedia as well, see: w:User talk:220.127.116.11 for indications of the trolling activities engaged in there. Though it could conceivably be used by others at times, blocking this IP should be a standard response at the first sign of vandalism from it. ~ Kalki 05:47, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
- Note: This IP's DNS entry, "216-164-203-90.c5-0.atw-ubr1.atw.pa.cable.rcn.com", implies it is a dynamically assigned cable-modem address. These are rarely reassigned so long as the user continues service, as the modem or connected device renews it regularly before expiration. Furthermore, the editing style and vandalism practices of w:User:18.104.22.168 and its usernames, established by Checkuser, leave no reasonable interpretation other than a single person behind the edits, the same person who repeatedly claims innocence and offers ever-changing excuses. Therefore, it is extremely unlikely that anyone else is using this address. Wikipedia sysops have an extended history of responding to unblock requests from this address, only to see vandalism recommence under associated usernames. See w:User talk:22.214.171.124 and w:WP:ANI#126.96.36.199 & Nookdog for more details and links. ~ Jeff Q (talk) 02:17, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
- Hello anon, surely your time is more valuable than to waste it on negative activities like vandalizing pages, no? MPerel 00:50, 25 May 2006 (UTC)

- A note: this might have been an IP "Wazzawazzawaz" was using in his recent trolling activity, and "Wazzawazzawaz" might also be an incarnation of one of the "WoW" jerks. ~ Kalki 04:31, 12 June 2006 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's numerical w:IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address.
