As I believe you are probably aware, altering sourced quotes on pages or other editor's comments on talk pages is considered vandalism and can resulti in IPs being blocked. ~ Kalki·· 03:03, 19 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Kalki, altering quotes on pages to reflect only your own POV is actual vandalism, Kalki. So Dr. heal thy self!

Revert wars anyone? : —This unsigned comment is by 72.27.228.26 (talkcontribs) .

The quotes that were on the page were quoted in the original forms of the authors of the statements, NOT altered in ways to suit ANYONE's views. Your alterations of those remarks amounts to blatant FALSIFICATION of what OTHERS have said. That behavior, as I believe you are aware, is NOT tolerable, and I expect could get you blocked here, if you are not currently under any bans from the Wikimedia projects. ~ Kalki·· 04:17, 22 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Not true. They were ALTERED to suit a non-NPOV, which is against Wiki policy. Who or whom is blatant FALSELY the FACTS, regardless of who or whom said them? THAT is the only VALID point here. IF you want a revert war you got one!

The statments were NOT altered in their long-standing forms, and have only been altered occasionally by persons, or perhpas a single person, apparently intent on obscuring OTHER peoples opinions.
As many of us who have been involved in this project are well aware the competent selection and PRESENTATION of quotes CANNOT be an entirely "Neutal POV" process, as SOME are prone to pretend, to accord with vacuous mantras that are ultimately not properly applicable in many contexts — and ALL quotes of any significance DO and MUST reflect SOME form of POV. NPOV stances are welcomed in selecting material that can set up a balance of VARIOUS opinions such as can be accepted by a consensus of concerned editors, of how much should be presented of various contentious and competing Points of View, but it is NOT something one can assume is perfectly prescribed by any statements or formulations which can be devised. As I point out on the Talk:Cosmotheism page, you are welcome to ADD material that might correct perceived imbalances, but not to ALTER or remove material that has long been posted and IS accurate quotation. ~ Kalki·· 02:19, 24 February 2012 (UTC) + tweaks[reply]
