Dick Van Dyke[edit]

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Dick Van Dyke, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but it may not satisfy Wikiquote's criteria for inclusion, for the reasons given in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikiquote is not" and Wikiquote's deletion policy).

You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Votes for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. ~ UDScott (talk) 16:09, 19 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I sourced the quotes you had used when you created the Jason Mewes page but this IP seems to have a history of ignoring the fact that ONLY quotes with sufficient citations to some definite work are acceptable and that has been the case for many years. I thus present to you are standard "Anon" notice, and request that in the future you simply provide some sources to avoid the deletion of any pages or quotes.

Unsourced quotes[edit]

Once again you have added pages for living people with a list of quotes that are not sourced (Lisa Kudrow and Matt LeBlanc). As before, these pages have been listed for proposed deletion. As has happened many times in the past, I expect that you will remove the tags, the pages will then be brought to vfd, and someone will then provide some sourced quotes so that the pages may remain. I am asking you to reconsider the use of this pattern to save a lot of trouble and effort - instead, please provide sourced quotes from the outset. If you would like to create a page for someone, please be sure that you have sourced quotes to place on that page before creating it. Thanks. ~ UDScott (talk) 15:08, 23 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Brad Garrett[edit]
