[edit] Artist stubs
Thank you for adding all these pages, but please take a look at the formatting changes I've been making to them and try to use them as a guide when creating new ones. Thanks! ~ UDScott 16:07, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Formatting for new pages
Hi,
While we appreciate the effort you're putting in to create new pages (primarily for painters); however, can you take a look at the way UDScott and I have changed this pages, and Wikiquote:Templates/People, and create any new pages following these guides? Thanks. —LrdChaos (talk) 14:32, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
- I notice you're still creating pages in your own style. In the future, can you make some small changes to that to make the pages follow our people layout template? It isn't very hard; there are only a few things different with your style: 1) the person's name in the intro should also include a Wikipedia link (like this: '''[[w:Person's Name|]]'''), 2) the section headers should be in title case, not ALL CAPS (e.g., "External links", not "EXTERNAL LINKS"), 3) the "Attributed" header should be "Unsourced", 4) in the "External links" section, after the {{wikipedia}} template, you should add {{lynx}} and an appropriate category (such as Category:Painters), like this: [[Category:Painters|Lastname, Firstname]]. Making these simple changes to the layout when you create the page will save other editors from going through and making all these edits to the pages anyway. Thank you. —LrdChaos (talk), 14:38, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Sourcing articles
You're doing a great job there. I do try and find sources before I PROD, but often it's hard.--Ole.Holm 18:47, 5 March 2010 (UTC)

Are the three quotes you added here all from the same source? If so, it would be better to repeat the citation for clarity, because it looks like two of them are uncited. Thanks. ~ Ningauble 16:41, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
