This username is inappropriate for two reasons:

1. No username can include the word 'troll'.
2. This username is very similar to other recent accounts named 'Johnny the (whatever)' which have been used for vandalism only.

Normally, a username block does not entail an IP block. However, in this case I feel justified in making an exception. However, if you wish to register a genuine account, please use the 'email this user' function to email me and I will unblock you and let you register as normal.
