In answer to your question about what we call the quotation pages, I usually call them article pages as that is usually the term used with the Wikipedia, but there is no "official" term. I moved the page you entitled "Kropotkin" to "Peter Kropotkin" which matches the name of the Wikipedia article, and leaves Kropotkin as a page that redirects to that.
