You have been blocked for 1 week because you have been rapidly creating articles with unsourced and implausible or inane quotes. I consider this disruption, as it forces the community to spend two weeks reviewing each and every article, even though the vast majority of these kinds of articles are never substantiated by the creators, and are ultimately deleted.
Blocking decisions based on disruptive are inherently controversial. If you wish to register a complaint about this block when it is removed, please do so at Wikiquote:Administrators' noticeboard. ~ Jeff Q (talk) 17:57, 21 February 2006 (UTC)
