I am just now beginning to attend to this request, and could rename this existing account to some other variant of Phoebe, such as "Phoebe I" or such. The user requesting the usurpation seems to be the owner of the Wikipedia account "Phoebe" as well as the SUL and has over 8000 edits elsewhere, and this currently existing account does not seem to have been used much here. ~ Kalki 06:36, 6 June 2009 (UTC)
