Hi, welcome to English Wikiquote.

Enjoy! — RyanCross (talk) 05:05, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

To the Good Folks at WikiQuote: Hello. Was wondering, to your knowledge, in what regards does this site's template varies from other electric-sites. Such as Warcraft and Starcraft to mention a few. Please do enlighten me by sending email or alike. Thanks in advance :) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Vermin (talkcontribs) 07:10, 28 May 2009 (UTC) —moved here from Diablo article by Ningauble 15:28, 28 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Vermin. First, please note that discussions and questions like the one above should use the article's discussion page, like Talk:Diablo, or the user talk pages, like this one. Please do not put discussions in the articles themselves.
To answer your question: Wikiquote is very different from game sites and other types of fan sites. To get a general idea of the types of quotes this site is interested in, take a look at Wikiquote:Quotability. You should also read Wikiquote:Limits on quotations, because the current Diablo article is way over the limit.
Please consider revising the article in line with Wikiquote's standards. Another editor previously proposed deleting the article, and this may still happen unless the article is changed. Thanks. ~ Ningauble 15:28, 28 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

deletion of Diablo[edit]

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Diablo, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but it may not satisfy Wikiquote's criteria for inclusion, for the reasons given in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikiquote is not" and Wikiquote's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Votes for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. ~ Ningauble 21:08, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
