Welcome[edit]

Hi Yeago. Welcome to English Wikiquote.

Enjoy! ~ Ubiquity (talk) 12:54, 22 January 2008 (UTC)

B. J. Palmer[edit]

Congrats on your first WQ article. I reformatted it to be more in WQ style, added an introduction and some links. See the article's talk page for why I listed both quotes under "unsourced". Do you have access to the 22+ volume set of Palmer's works from which you cited? If so, please provide its ISBN, or more detailed information such as full title, published, year and place published, etc. If not, you might want to amend the citation with something like "...as quoted in [wherever you read it]". This is more honest, and covers you (and WQ) if the author of your actual source got the quote wrong. --Ubiquity 12:54, 22 January 2008 (UTC)

Ah, I see you copied them over from Wikipedia. This is why Wikipedia is not considered a good source. ;-) --Ubiquity 13:02, 22 January 2008 (UTC)

B. J. Palmer[edit]

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article B. J. Palmer, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but it may not satisfy Wikiquote's criteria for inclusion, for the reasons given in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikiquote is not" and Wikiquote's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Votes for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
