This page still needs much updating, but I will probably not have the time to do all that it needs today. Within the next few days I should be able to thoroughly update it. ~ Kalki 19:57, 3 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Inspired by LiquidFire, I've made many fixes to external articles (especially to Wikipedia and Meta-Wiki. We still need to have many examples converted to Wikiquote versions. ~ Jeff Q (talk) 18:02, 20 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Obsolete?[edit]

Most of the content of this page seems to have been replaced in Wikimedia by Help:Editing. As "How to edit a page" is prominently featured in our current {{welcome}} messages, we should somehow synchronize these pages or redirect this page so that new editors are directed to the most complete information. ~ Jeff Q (talk) 16:09, 9 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This page is must definitely not obsolete. As a new user this page has been super useful and it would be difficult for a new user especially to have to go to Wikimedia.Just A Regular New Yorker (talk) 20:45, 22 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
