Ana Afonso Dias Lourenço is the first lady of the Republic of Angola, since September 2017. She was born in Luanda, Angola on 13 April 1957. Prior to becoming the first lady, she was the Deputy Minister of Planning and Minister of Planning from 1997 to 2012, and the Executive Director of the Board of Directors of the World Bank Group, representing Angola, South Africa and Nigeria.
