Cosmas Indicopleustes
Cosmas Indicopleustes (Koine Greek: Κοσμᾶς Ἰνδικοπλεύστης, lit. 'Cosmas who sailed to India'; fl. c. AD 550), also known as Cosmas the Monk, was a merchant and later hermit from Alexandria in Egypt.
