Description

President George W. Bush speaks to sailors and other members of the military at NATO ACLANT headquarters at the Norfolk Naval Air Station on February 13, 2001 in Norfolk, Virginia. President Bush visited several military bases last week to reaffirm his commitment to improve living conditions for the people who serve in America's armed forces.
