Summary

Description
English: It is a drawing of some random 2-dimensional polytope, together with a line that depicts a level set of some linear optimization function. The line is such that it intersects the polytope exactly in the unique optimum of the corresponding linear program. There is an arrow indicating the direction in which we are trying to optimize. Created using Inkscape.
