Reason for the nomination:
There is no proof that the book en:Principia Discordia is under a license compatible with that of WCommons. The only thing I found is that at some point in the book it is stated: "(K) ALL RIGHTS REVERSED - Reprint what you like", but this joke obviously does not make a work to loose its copyright. Thus, per COM:PRINCIPLE the copyright is to be assumed and therefore all the work and the reproduction of this work are copyrighted and due to this should be deleted. Also, some images claim to be the work of the US government, but this is obviously false.

Summary

Description
English: A rendering of the "mandala" design (or knot-theoretic link) found on page 00043 of Principia Discordia. This is made of five interlaced irregular nonagons, fitted within an overall pentagon. No two nonagons are directly interlinked, but any three adjacent nonagons (for example, yellow, green and blue) are in a Borromean rings configuration.

For a presumably topologically-equivalent structure (which may be easier to understand visually), see Image:Five-interlaced-pentagons.svg . The text on page 00043 of Principia Discordia reads: "MANDALA: No two elements interlock, but all five do interlock".

Source This version of the design was taken from a character outline in the (PostScript Type 1) "Fnord Hodge-Podge Discordian fonts version 2" by toa267 (declared by him to be Public Domain), with illustrative coloring (for clarity) applied by User:AnonMoos. (Additionally, the original material in the Principia Discordia was also declared to be Kopylefted or public domain -- "All rites reversed" etc.).
