Summary
| Description |
English: Square roots of natural numbers, as squares (and of 0 as the disk in the centre). Integer ones are black, irrational ones are cyan.
The red circle shows that √2 equals to the diagonal of 1-square. Such number comparison wouldn’t be possible on equilateral triangles, for example, but would be possible on regular hexagons. This newer version also features two golden rectangles whose difference is the central unit square, and an equilateral triangle. The SVG image has <title>s on all squares and some other shapes.
