Final Destination Bloodlines (also known as Final Destination 6) is the sixth installment in the Final Destination series. A college student who inherits her grandmother's sudden premonition about death tries to save her entire family after they start dying one by one.

[while Paul driving with Iris who is blindfolded]
Iris Campbell: What was that?
Paul Campbell: Nothing.
Iris Campbell: Okay, just give me one little hint.
Paul Campbell: No, no hints. We're almost there.
Iris Campbell: [tries to take off the blindfold] Okay, I'm going to take this off.
Paul Campbell: No, no, no, hey, you said you like surprises.
Iris Campbell: Yeah, I do, when I know what they are.
Paul Campbell: You're going to love it, Promise.
Iris Campbell: Oh, yeah. I already love the "view".
[Paul mockingly laughs]
[Paul and Iris arrive at the destination]
Paul Campbell: All right, here we are. [escorts Iris] Watch your step, watch your step. [laughs]
Iris Campbell: [laughs] I can't see!
Paul Campbell: [escorting Iris] Are you alright? Forward, stop.
[The carhop drove their car to park]
Paul Campbell: Alright, I'm taking it off. [takes off Iris' blindfold] Now.
[Iris opens her eyes to see the view of the tall restaurant tower.]
Iris Campbell: [turns to Paul surprised] Are you kidding?
[Paul smiles]
Iris Campbell: [stuttered] H-h-how? I-I... I didn't even know this place was open yet.
Paul Campbell: Pulled some favors and got us on the list for opening night.
[Iris squals and hugs Paul who laughs. The former looks at the other guests.]
Iris Campbell: Wow, uh... [checks her party dres] A-are you sure I'm dressed all right?
Paul Campbell: You look like a million bucks. [Iris smiles] Come on.
[Paul takes Iris to enter the tower.]
[Stefani, Charlie, Darlene, Erik, and Bobby enter the autopsy room at Hope River Hospital, hoping to find "JB" and come across a doctor performing an autopsy on a corpse.]
Stefani Reyes: [To the doctor] Oh, hi, um, we're looking for JB.
Doctor: And who are you?
Stefani Reyes: The, the front desk told us we could find him down here. Is that you?
William Bludworth: [offscreen] That would be me.
[Stefani, Charlie, Darlene, Erik, and Bobby walk towards the voice and see William sitting at a desk]
William Bludworth: William John Bludworth. But my friends call me JB. I've been waiting for you, Stefani, Charlie, Darlene. But no Howard, no Julia. So, which one of you is next?
[Stefani, Charlie, and Darlene look to Bobby while Erik points to Bobby]
Bobby Campbell: [nervously raises his hand] Hi.
William Bludworth: I was sorry to hear about Iris. She was a special woman.
Stefani Reyes: How did you know her?
William Bludworth: She saved my life.
Stefani Reyes: When?
William Bludworth: [picks up a toy train] At the Sky View.
[William pushes the toy train, with the scene shifting to a flashback at the Sky View, where William is revealed to be the little boy from Stefani's vision. Young William is seen playing with his toy train while the band is setting up]
William Bludworth: My mother brought me with her to work that night.
Mrs. Bludworth: JB, honey. I told you, you gotta stay back there while I'm on stage.
William Bludworth: I wasn't supposed to be there, except, of course, to die.
[The scene then shifts to the band performing. While William is playing with his train, Iris gets on stage and stops the band. William watches as Iris tells the guests to get off the dance floor before a guard removes her and Paul from the stage. As William watches Iris and Paul being taken away, he and Iris glance at each other. The scene then shifts back to the present.]
Stefani Reyes: You were the last to die. You were the little boy.
William Bludworth: Correct.
Stefani Reyes: So, so all that time, she wasn't just protecting our family. She was protecting you too.
William Bludworth: Years later, she tracked me down. Helped me see the truth. We traded ideas. I helped her fortify her cabin. We became friends. I even helped her get the best medical care I could, considering her condition.
Stefani Reyes: Iris said that...that you found somebody who stopped Death and survived.
William Bludworth: Yes.
Bobby Campbell: Uh, and, how do we do that?
William Bludworth: There are only two ways: by killing or by dying. If you take a life, you get the time that person had left.
Bobby Campbell: What? No. I'm, I'm, I'm not gonna kill someone.
Erik Campbell: [To Bobby] Maybe we should let the guy finish.
William Bludworth: Then, to truly break the cycle, you have to die.
Stefani Reyes: What does that mean?
William Bludworth: A long time ago, a young woman named Kimberly Corman found herself on Death's List, just like you. And when her turn finally came, she died. Flatlined. But her doctor managed to bring her back. And that broke the chain.
Erik Campbell: Well, alright then. We'll do that.
Bobby Campbell: [To Erik] What are you talking about?
Stefani Reyes: Why didn't Iris try that?
William Bludworth: It's risky. AND IF YOU FUCK WITH DEATH AND LOSE, things can get very messy.
Stefani Reyes: Wait. Hang on, hang on. Okay, wait. No, there has to be another way. Please, you have to help us.
William Bludworth: For years, people have been coming to me for advice. Well, I'm tired. I'm done with all that. And now, I'm sick, just like Iris. There's no...running this time. Fact is, you're all gonna die. And after that, I will, too. [Stands up, grabs a box, and prepares to leave] Now that my old friend is gone, I'm retiring.
Bobby Campbell: So what? You're just gonna leave us here?
Darlene Campbell: Wait, wait, wait.
Erik Campbell: Dude, we need your help.
Bobby Campbell: Where are you going?
William Bludworth: I intend to enjoy the time I have left and I suggest you do the same. Life is precious. Enjoy every single second. You never know when. Good luck.
