Gretchen Dykstra

Gretchen Dykstra (born in 1948) is an American writer. She previously worked for various foundations and as Commissioner of the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs under Michael Bloomberg. She taught English in Wuhan, China for 2 years in 1979-1981.
