Billy Bennet sang "Isn't it a bloomin' shame." and the song is not an anonymous street ballad, it was written in 1930 by (author later) RPSM (talk) 12:26, 9 February 2018 (UTC)
Excessive obscure quotes and pov pushing[edit]
