I have been a wikipedian for well over a year now, and i first decided to join after reading the great and intellingently written articles on the site, I thought I should make some contributions myself...
I am currently a high school Junior, and I am currently studying various programming languages.
As far as Wikipedia, I consider myself a strong expert on video games, fictional items and manga, and create and edit such articles quite often. My first article was Seven Samurai 20XX.
I constructed an wikiquote account after I noticed the saturation of quotes in wikipedia. Knowing this the area to contribute such information properly, I begin contributing.
My prime niche in wikiquote is quotes in regards to fictional characters.
If I vanish for some time, it is probably due to schoolwork.
