Daksh Sharad Kapil Hande (born 12 March 2005) professionally known as Daksh Hande is an Indian Chess player having a peak rating of 1441 in Rapid Chess . He has been playing chess when he was 2019 .

At the age of just 14 years 26 days and 4 months he achieved rank 3 in junior chess championship scoring 4/5 .

During lockdown 2020 , he used to play online chess to improve his game and able to get well prepared during OTB chess .

After that he went to numerous tournaments, where he achive significant growth as well as achive numerous trophies and medals for himself and try to establish his own career in chess field.

But couldn't able to due to his parents force about aviation industry commitment.

Today he is working as a G.Staff at airport for Air India Express , a chess player as well,and former CEO of www.retroweb.space

Currently Daksh is going to do another start up in 2025 or maybe afterwards.
