I saw your reversion of the formatting on this article. I would argue that everything needs formatting, whether it is a list of individual quotes, or in this case, the text of a speech. If you will look at other pages (e.g. John F. Kennedy or Abraham Lincoln just to name a couple), you will see that every one of the quotes taken from their often quite-famous speeches is formatted appropriately. These quotes from Tim Collins should also be formatted apropriately, which I tried to do. Granted, it may not flow as easily as if it was considered one large quote, but then perhaps there's too much of this speech included, and only pieces of it should be recorded here, in a bulleted list. ~ UDScott 18:51, 20 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
