Add topicQuoteless quote articles
[edit]An editor using this IP address recently created two Wikiquote articles, Ian McDiarmid and Clive Revill, that contain only encyclopedic information and no quotes. While this enthusiasm for the subjects is commendable, Wikiquote is not Wikipedia, which is the place for encyclopedia articles.
