If you are not this vandal, you can notify your Internet service provider of this activity, so that this violation of ethical standards, internet etiquette, and in some places the legal statutes can be addressed by the proper authorities. If you are this vandal and this behavior persists much longer, notifications can be sent to the contacts available to the Internet service providers at chinanet.cn.net.
