Welcome[edit]

Hello, Emesz, and welcome to the English Wikiquote, a free compendium of quotations written collaboratively by people just like you!

To ask for advice or assistance feel free to drop by the Village Pump or ask on my talk page. Happy editing! And again, welcome! --Ole.Holm 22:50, 14 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I've done some work on Norman Lamm but the sourcing is unclear. Which quotes are not from the book you cite and where are they from?--Ole.Holm 22:50, 14 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I plan to re-check my notes in the next few days. What is your connection to Rabbi Lamm? Just curious. Emesz 23:07, 14 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have absolutely no connection. However, I regularly check to see what new articles have been added here (Special:NewPages) and saw that this one needed some help. As to re-naming pages, you click on the "move" tab at the top. You may need to be autoconfirmed, i.e. have 10 edits and be registered for four days to do that (that's the rule on Wikipedia [1]; not sure if it applies here). --Ole.Holm 23:20, 14 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Brother Theodore[edit]

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Brother Theodore, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but it may not satisfy Wikiquote's criteria for inclusion, for the reasons given in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikiquote is not" and Wikiquote's deletion policy).

You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Votes for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. ~ UDScott (talk) 13:02, 3 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
