I'm not really sure of all the procedures, but there are rules among the Wikimedia projects about Usernames, and against claiming to be a famous person, if you are not in fact that person. As "God Almighty Himself" is certainly one of the top dozen or so celebrities of at least the last few millennia, one should provide some proof that you are indeed the one and only "God Almighty Himself", or else the rules against fraudulent use of celebrity names, or those against offensive names would apply.

By the way, I am of course not the famous Achilles that Homer wrote of, and don't claim to be, but I am capable of using a "terrible swift sword" if the need ever arose. I'm someone who promotes pride in the ability and will to fight, where fighting truly needs to be done, against the ignorance, confusions, errors and ill will that one can encounter in the world, and also a greater pride in the ability to avoid fighting and magnifying the will to fight against people, and their capacities for good will, where there is no need to do so.
