How does a teacher use wikiquote in a classroom?

First of all, the teacher must set clear rules and expectations for students when using wikiquote. A teacher should alert students on what is expected from them this includes the evaluation of their works. Another way a teacher can use wikiquote in a classroom is, he or she can organize an entire course on wiki, so when students go to school for a class when can easily go through the topic of the day with the teacher using wiki, as the entire course is online or on wiki. The teacher can create separate pages on wiki, some pages can be for assignments, were a teacher sets an assignment and students can be able to access their assessments. Some pages are for notes, students can access the notes using wikiquote which their teacher had uploaded. On wikiquote a teacher can share a site with students where they can visit and they are allowed to comment, read other individuals contributions and they can open up a discussion. Using wikiquote again, a teacher can closely monitor students’ activities in terms of their participation in school works and can also trace their academic records in that particular course. Though there are many online collections of quotations, wikiquote is eminent by being among the least that provide an opportunity for guest to contribute.
