I have added "{{prod}}" templates to the articles No backlogs in life and The beauty of life is the progeny, suggesting that they be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but they may not satisfy Wikiquote's criteria for inclusion, for the reasons given in the deletion notices. You may contest a proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Note that a Wikiquote article should be a collection of quotations by or about a famous person, a famous work, or a general theme—not just a single quote. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be sent to Votes for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. ~ Ningauble 14:34, 23 November 2008 (UTC)
- Thank you for your effort to contribute to our project, but Wikiquote exists for the collecting of notable quotations of famous people and famous works, not for the posting of quotations of people not yet famous in some field. Within bounds of WIkimedia policy, registered users can put quotes of themselves or people they know on their user page. For a quick overview of what Wikiquote is, read Wikiquote:Wikiquote, and also What Wikiquote is not for a list of common activities that Wikiquote does not support.

Your account will be renamed

The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Saibhaskar. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Saibhaskar~enwikiquote that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
