Add topicWelcome to Wikiquote. I am concerned that you have moved Wikiquote: How to edit a page to "Maviar". The page has apparently been vandalized and no longer has its proper contents, but many pages link to it, and I am going to move it back, and edit it to one of the earlier legitimate versions. In reverting many edits by particular known vandals I do not always check the contents of the page, and this had apparently had vandalizations that went unnoticed by me for some time. Some new pages can be moved safely and easily, but this is an old page with important links, and should go back to where it was.
