The page for this person has been speedy deleted under our unremarkable subject criteria. Wikiquote is a place for quotes from famous and notable people; there is no evidence that this person meets that standard, given the lack of an introduction on the page, the lack of a corresponding Wikipedia page, and a single-digit number of search results, all of which are just the results from races.
