Wivine Moleka

Wivine Moleka, is a political figure in the Democratic Republic of Congo. She was a member of parliament for the People's Party for Reconstruction and Democracy (PPRD) of Joseph Kabila, elected in the Lukunga district of Kinshasa in the 2006 and 2011 elections.
