Wivine Mumba Matipa, is a political figure in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Originally from Katanga, she pursued a career as a business lawyer. She worked at Standard Bank in South Africa, then became an administrator at the International Bank for Africa in Congo. She later coordinated the steering committee for improving the business climate in the DRC.
