Paul Martin

Paul Martin (born August 28, 1938 in Windsor, Ontario) was the Leader of the Liberal Party of Canada. He was the twenty-first prime minister, having succeeded Jean Chrétien on December 12, 2003 and being succeeded by Stephen Harper on February 6th, 2006.
