Davit077 is a single-purpose account. What struck me was the edits of these accounts at the Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ella Tarunc discussion. They both contributed the same way--just voting "keep" without further comment. They have almost identical signatures (one is red, the other black). When Harut111 initially added their comment, it appears they tried to copy Davit077's signature and make it black, but forgot to change the name of the account (see diff). Harut111 created the Ella Tarunc article, which Davit077 edited (diff). Davit077 has commented at two other AfDs in the same manner as before. The two accounts also have similarly structured usernames.

Examining the contribution histories of both accounts, Harut111's period of activity on 15 February stops at 07:46, right when Davit077 starts its sole period of activity from 07:49 to 08:00. Harut111 doesn't edit again until 10:42 that day, to comment at the AfD.

The case here isn't all that disruptive, but I think it does raise a reasonable suspicion to confirm with CheckUser. Davit077 was a sleeper account for a while, having been created on 26 December 2015. For the record, Harut111 has been accused of sock puppetry before, but technical evidence acquitted them at the time, and it was before Davit077 was created. Dear Bbb23, today I got a request from El-ßäbrega on hy.wiki who was blocked on en.wiki with the reason that his account was a sock puppet of Harut111. I personally know and met El-ßäbrega and also communicated with Harut111 and I can state that they are different persons. El-ßäbrega is not a sock puppet of Harut111.
