Dominic Jala (12 July 1951 – 10 October 2019) was Indian prelate of the Catholic Church who served as the archbishop of the Archdiocese of Shillong.

In the Bible, we see how God communicates with his people by various means: chosen persons, signs and wonders, natural phenomena. Jesus used words and signs to get across to people.
