• [After Barry gives her the lockpick] Thanks, maybe I'll need it.

• [After Barry asks if she's found any clues] No, but something's wrong with this house.

• Okay, let's separate again.

• [After Barry tells her he's found something] What is it?

• But how about you, Barry?

• Thank you. I'll take this, then.

• [The ceiling starts coming down] Hey, what's going on? [hears Barry outside] Barry? Help me please! The door won't open! Quick!

• Oh, Barry!

• [laughs] You're right. Barry, thanks for saving my life. But, Barry, didn't you say you were going back to the dining room to do some research? Why on earth are you here?

• Thank you, Barry.

• H-hi, Barry. I heard someone talking.

• Talking to yourself? Barry, something must have happened to you. Am I wrong? You sound strange.

• [gets grabbed by a plant monster] Barry! [After Barry torches the monster] You saved me! That was close! Thanks, Barry.

• Aren't you supposed to be going over the first floor, Barry?

• It's awful!

Barry Burton

• [enters the mansion] What is this?

• [hears something] What is it?

• [after Wesker tells Jill to check out the noise] I'm going with you. Chris is our old partner, you know.

• [enters the dining room] A dining room...

• [sees blood on the floor] What? What is this?

• Blood... Jill, see if you can find any other clues. I'll be examining this. I hope this is not Chris' blood.

• [sees a zombie] What is it?

• Let me take care of this! [kills the zombie] What is it?

• It can't be helped; let's search for him separately. I'll check the dining room again.

• This mansion is gigantic. We could get into trouble if we get lost. We should start from the first floor, okay?

• And, Jill, here's a lockpick. It might be handy if you, the master of unlocking, take it with you.

• Listen, if something happens, let's meet up in this hall. This time I'll be there.

• Jill! What's going on? Any clues?

• Woah! This hall is dangerous! Maybe it's better to secure our escape route first.

• Just a moment! I've found something.

• It's really powerful; especially against living things. [hands it to Jill] Better take it with you.

• I have this! [shows Jill his large gun]

• [hears Jill's cries from a locked room] Jill? Is that you, Jill? What happened?

• Stay away from the door, Jill! I'm going to kick this door down! [kicks down the door] Hurry! This way!

• That was too close. You were almost a Jill sandwich!

• Er... I just had something I wanted to check. Now, let's get back to searching for the lost Captain and Chris, shall we?

• Yeah, yeah.

• Hi, Jill. [Jill tells him she heard someone talking] So, you heard it too? I think I'm getting old. It seems that talking to myself is becoming a habit.

• Well, it seems I made you worry, but don't. Maybe I have been a nervous wreck since all of these strange things started happening.

• Well, I think I'll go out and get some fresh air, for a change.

• I told you, don't worry! I'll just go and get some fresh air, and be eaten by a monster.

• [sees a giant plant monster] What the hell is this?!

• What a monster! I can't believe- what the hell is this place anyway?!

• [has his gun drawn] Jill! [laughs] Don't scare me.

• Yeah, you're right. But just take a look at this! It's Forrest. Oh my God!

• I'm going to find out what caused Forrest's death. It looks like he was killed by a crow or something.

• Can you look around the first floor, Jill?

• Hey, Jill, this must have been Forrest's. You don't have a weapon; take this with you. [gives her the gun]

• I can't believe...

Chris Redfield

• Rebecca! You're safe! Well, I'm glad you're alright. Don't go out alone.

• I would never work for a company like Umbrella. And, Wesker, you were formerly with Umbrella. Since when have you been an Umbrella agent and a traitor to the S.T.A.R.S.?

• You killed them with your own hands!

• [laughs] Wesker, you're pitiful!

• [After Tyrant kills Wesker] You can't kill me!

• [talking about Wesker] He is sleeping with the ultimate failure.

• Hurry up! I want to get out of here.

• [After hearing a noise] Maybe it's... Chris...

• No, you're wrong! I was formerly with Umbrella, yes; but, now I'm prepared to face anything. Even getting rid of you vigilante S.T.A.R.S. (1996 PlayStation)

• What are you talking about. I've always been with Umbrella. And S.T.A.R.S. has always been Umbrella's... No! Rather... my little piggies. (2002 GameCube)

• Yeah, like this! [shoots Rebecca]

• [Tyrant comes towards him] What? Don't come this way! [gets stabbed by Tyrant] Noooooo!!!!! [fakes death] (1996 PlayStation)

• What? Premature... [gets stabbed by Tyrant and fakes death] (2002 GameCube)

• You gotta love Barry. He must really be afraid of Umbrella.

Dialogue

• Barry: There must be a back door somewhere. Let's try to find it first, shall we?
• Jill: Okay; Let's separate again.
• Barry: Just a moment! I found something.
• Jill: What is it?
• Barry: It's a weapon! It's really powerful. Especially against living things. *Is holding up a colt python magnum revolver*
• Jill: But what about you, Barry?
• Barry: I have this! (Referring to his Beretta 92F which is customized to fire .44 magnum rounds.)
• Jill: *Chuckles* Alright, I'll take this then.

• Jill: Wesker! (Barry holds gun on Jill's head)
• Wesker: Thank you, Barry.
• Jill: Well, what do you know?
• Wesker: Oh, don't blame Barry for everything. I hear that his better half and two lovely daughters would be in danger if he doesn't do everything I tell him to. (start typing)
• Jill: Wesker, you're pathetic.
• Wesker: Well, you shouldn't worry too much dear. You'll be free of all this anyway.
• Jill: Why eliminate S.T.A.R.S?
• Wesker: Believe it or not, that's Umbrella's intention.
• Jill: You're just a slave of Umbrella.
• Wesker: Smart girl. But I think you misunderstand me. (stops typing) The things you mentioned are nothing. I'll burn all of them along with this entire laboratory. (pulls out a gun on Jill) Barry, go up on the ground and wait there.

[Barry leaves the room]

• Jill: Barry...
• Wesker: You gotta love Barry. He must really be afraid of Umbrella.
• Jill: You and Umbrella took his family! You bastard!

[Wesker smacks Jill to the floor]

• Wesker: Umbrella? Well I used some carrots and sticks to cow him, but it had nothing to do with Umbrella. I just used Barry for my personal interests. Though, both you and Barry seem to think I was following Umbrella's orders.
• Jill: What!? What are you planning?!
• Wesker: I guess it's time for show-and-tell.
