Introduction[edit]
Dave is a 34 year father of five. He married his high-school sweetheart Tracy in 1991 and since they've procreated like mad. Jesse Michael born in 1992, Spencer Alexander born in 1993, Taija Ariana born in 1996, Terran Jamieson born in 1998 and Aidan Benjamin born in 2000.
The Coons clan currently live in Burlington, Ontario, Canada but hope to one day return to Eastern Ontario to be close to friends and family.
Education[edit]
Dave has had a very tenuous relationship with institutionalized education throughout the years. He dropped out of high shcool (SFDCI) in 1989 a couple credits short of a diploma. After getting married, Dave and Tracy both applied to Algonquin College in Ottawa. Both were accepted, however the arrival of #1 son, Jesse, changed plans for them. After #2 son, Spencer came along, Dave completed his remaining high school credits, and attended Carleton Uninversity in Ottawa for one year in 1994/95.
In the summer of 1995, Dave and the family moved to London, Ontario when Dave transfered to The University of Western Ontario and majored in Psychology. After 3 years of part-time study, Dave finally gave up on his degree citing a revalation to the pointlessness of institionalized education as the reason.
Relationships[edit]
Dave was married on June 8, 1991 to Tracy. They have 5 children, 1 dog, 2 cats, 1 leopard ghecko, 1 hamster and 1 goldfish.
Career[edit]
Currently, Dave is the Product Planner for expedia.ca
From 1999-2004, Dave managed the Product Management group for Sears Canada and was responsible for the development of much of what you see on the website today.
Dave's long term plans are to get out of the corporate world and undertake several homebased business from a rural chunk of land that has yet to be purchased.
