Biography[edit]
My name is Patrick Farrell. I am a developer living in Indianapolis, Indiana. I have been programming in various languages since my first job in the computer industry in 1999. I'm currently making the transition from working mostly in Java on Linux to managing a .NET team. I'm blogging my experiences, but don't have the site publicly available yet.
I enjoy Wikipedia very much and hope to contribute to the knowledge it contains.
In my spare time, I'm an amateur mandolin, banjo, and guitar player. I enjoy backpacking, but can't seem to find much time for this of late.
