Dean Geyer[edit]
Your article on Dean Geyer has been nominated for deletion. Please join the discussion at WQ:VFD#Dean Geyer. One major problem with the article is that the formatting doesn't following any appropriate Wikiquote guidelines and doesn't make clear where most of the quotes are coming from. The main guideline for people articles are at Wikiquote:Templates/People. On the other hand, a considerable portion of the "quotes" appear to be in dialog format, which is shown in Wikiquote:Templates/TV shows.
On the third hand, the quoted dialog does not seem to be anything other than basic conversation, not particularly pithy or noteworthy, so it probably should be deleted, anyway, solving that particular problem. Noteworthy quotes from individual people are usually the kind of things you'd find in a work like Bartlett's Famous Quotations, if it were much larger and updated daily. Dialog quoted from films, TV shows, or books is usually included because it is either especially funny or moving. These dialog excerpts don't seem to meet either goal. ~ Jeff Q (talk) 17:43, 28 October 2006 (UTC)
